In the USA, duties on goods from the EU have been introduced – the duty will be paid by me, the recipient does NOT.


Shipping information

•  I send packages using a standard priority postal service.

•  The package can only be picked up in person (except US shipping), as this is an international postal shipment.

•  Your package will be delivered by your local postal service.

Please note that I do not provide delivery services and use postal services and other delivery companies, adhering to their rules and conditions. Therefore, I cannot make changes or influence the delivery process, nor can I be held responsible for delays caused by customs services.

Delivery delays may occur during holidays due to the high volume of mail and customs services. Please plan your purchases in advance.


Tracking information

• A tracking number is assigned to each order for parcel tracking.

• You can obtain detailed and accurate information using the tracking number on the official website of your postal service.

• When you see the status "Departure from Poland"  - it means that the package has left my country and is on its way to yours. During transit, the tracking number will not be updated. The next information will appear once the package is processed by customs in your country.
