• The package can only be picked up in person (except US shipping), as this is an international postal shipment.

Tracking information
• A tracking number is assigned to each order for parcel tracking.
• You can obtain detailed and accurate information using the tracking number on the official website of your postal service.
• When you see the status "Departure from Poland" - it means that the package has left my country and is on its way to yours. During transit, the tracking number will not be updated. The next information will appear once the package is processed by customs in your country.
