Refund and Return Policy

1) No Returns: I do not accept returns for hygienic reasons. My products are body accessories and elastic contour underwear, designed for direct contact with the skin, which can leave marks on the material.

2) Custom Handmade Items: All my work is handmade and created individually for each client. If a client refuses to accept the package, the costs for production and shipping are non-refundable.

3) Order Cancellation and Full Refund: You can cancel your order within 24 hours - if it has not been produced or shipped. Please notify me of the cancellation via the contact form or email: harlykin.shop@gmail.com

4) Returned Packages: If your package is returned because it was not collected from the pickup point, I will hold it for reshipment.
